ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a motivated Insurance Account and Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is hungry and willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable insurance career!RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
  • Provide top tier customer service
  • Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Salary plus commission/bonus
    • 1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $35k to $40k
    • 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $40k to $45k
    • 3rd year - a motivated person can generate $50k or more!

Compensation $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
